As part of its commitment to enhancing digital transformation and developing its research ecosystem in line with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals of building a knowledge-based economy driven by innovation and technology, Jouf University has joined the “Muin” Digital Identity Network Union, one of the pioneering national initiatives launched by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST).
This step reflects the university’s continuous efforts to strengthen its presence in education, scientific research, and innovation, while advancing its digital infrastructure to support sustainable development and institutional excellence.

Prof. Hamed bin Manawer Al-Shammari, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, received the membership during the official ceremony organized by KACST in celebration of World Internet Day, attended by representatives from various national academic and research institutions.

This membership embodies Al-Jouf University’s strategic direction toward developing its digital infrastructure, enhancing its research capabilities, and expanding cooperation with local and international institutions through an advanced national infrastructure that promotes research integration and secure access to scientific and knowledge resources.

Prof. Al-Shammari emphasized that this membership is an extension of the university’s ongoing efforts to advance its digital framework and strengthen its research presence, affirming its commitment to pursuing comprehensive digital transformation initiatives across all sectors. These initiatives aim to foster a sustainable, innovation-driven academic environment that supports the national research and innovation ecosystem.
