Guidelines for Final Examinations – Second Semester 1447 AH

The College Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs invites all male and female students to review the Guidelines for Final Examinations for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 1447 AH and adhere to the instructions and regulations contained therein, in order to ensure a well-organized examination environment and uphold the highest standards of discipline and fairness.

Key Instructions:
• Adhere to the approved official dress code.
• Verify the examination date, time, and venue, and arrive well before the start of the examination.
• Bring your university ID card and present it upon request.
• Bring all necessary examination materials and supplies.
• Sit in the designated seat and do not change it without permission.
• Accurately complete all required information on the answer sheet.

The Following Are Strictly Prohibited:
• Entering examination halls before the arrival of the invigilators.
• Bringing electronic devices, smart watches, or any related accessories.
• Bringing books, notes, or any papers related to the course.
• Communicating with others during the examination.
• Violating invigilators’ instructions or providing assistance to others.
• Talking inside examination halls except when necessary.
