The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs at Jouf University, represented by the Alumni Affairs Department, in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund – Hadaf, has announced the implementation of a series of training workshops under the “Tamkeen” Initiative during February 2026. This initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to support graduates, enhance their professional readiness, and strengthen their employability in the labor market.

The workshops target both male and female students as well as university graduates, focusing on developing professional and career skills through a variety of topics, including labor market trends in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, professional licensing in the Saudi labor market, effective use of career guidance platforms, leadership skills, support and qualification programs, professional identity and personal branding, in addition to future skills and digital transformation.

The workshops will be delivered according to a structured evening schedule, with online registration available for each session. Certificates of attendance will be provided to participants.

This initiative reflects Jouf University’s commitment to empowering its graduates, building their capabilities, and enhancing their employment opportunities, thereby aligning educational outcomes with labor market needs and contributing to the achievement of national development goals.
