As part of Jouf University’s efforts to serve the community and enhance health awareness, the College of Dentistry, represented by the Community Service Committee, organized an awareness initiative titled “Your Toothbrush Is Your Shield.” The initiative aimed to promote awareness of the importance of daily oral and dental care and to strengthen preventive health concepts among members of the community.

The initiative included the provision of health consultations and specialized educational programs focusing on the importance of daily oral hygiene, early detection of oral diseases, and methods for preventing dental caries and periodontal diseases. In addition, it emphasized the adoption of healthy behaviors, contributing to improved quality of life and increased health awareness across various segments of society.

This initiative reflects the community-oriented role of the College of Dentistry at Jouf University and its support for preventive health and sustainability principles. It also contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting public health and fostering a healthy, well-informed society.
