Departments of the Deanship of Admission and Registration

The Admission Department is the primary unit responsible for all matters related to admitting students into the university’s programs. It manages electronic admission applications, evaluates applicants’ qualifications based on approved policies, and implements selection criteria set by the University Council and the Ministry of Education. The department strives to ensure fairness, transparency, and a seamless experience for applicants.

•    Manage students’ academic records across all branches.
•    Apply regulations on transfers, deferments, and withdrawals.
•    Issue official academic records and documents.

The Student Services Department provides administrative and academic support to students, facilitating their transactions related to admission and registration. It serves as a liaison between students and other departments within the Deanship to ensure efficient service delivery.

The Scholarships (Stipends) Department is responsible for disbursing students’ monthly stipends on schedule and managing related financial records. It also provides students with access to their stipend information through the academic portal.

•    Enable students to review their stipend details via the academic portal.
•    Handle students’ inquiries related to stipends.
