Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all his Companions.

At the outset of the new academic year, I am pleased, on my own behalf and on behalf of all members of the College of Sharia and Law at Jouf University, to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect them, for their gracious care and continuous support for education in our beloved homeland. We are particularly grateful for the attention and support devoted to higher education, which have contributed to preparing qualified generations and advancing the Kingdom’s development and progress in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

As we welcome the beginning of a new academic year, it gives me great pleasure to extend a warm and sincere welcome to our faculty and administrative staff, as well as to our sons and daughters, our students. I pray that this year will be filled with dedication, achievement, and success.

I extend a special welcome to our new students, whom we are proud to have join the College community, and congratulate them on embarking upon a new stage in their academic journey. We assure them that the College is committed to supporting and guiding them and to providing a stimulating academic environment that enables them to acquire the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to serve their faith, their country, and their community.

I also salute my colleagues among the faculty and administrative staff and sincerely appreciate their efforts in fulfilling their educational mission. Through their dedication and our collective spirit of teamwork, we can achieve the College’s objectives, enhance the quality of its educational outcomes, and broaden the scope of its contributions.

Dear Students,

The beginning of a new academic year is not merely a return to the classroom; it is a renewed opportunity to achieve success and shape the future. Therefore, let this year mark the beginning of greater aspirations. Make the most of your time, work diligently in your studies, and participate actively in the programs and activities offered by the University and the College. Let knowledge be a means of developing yourselves, serving your faith and country, and contributing to the fulfillment of the aspirations of our wise leadership.

We ask Allah to bless our new academic year, grant success to our students, faculty, and administrative staff, and make everyone’s efforts fruitful with achievement and excellence. May Allah preserve our beloved country’s blessings of security, stability, and prosperity under its wise leadership.
