The College of Applied Medical Sciences in Qurayyat organizes an event to celebrate International Nurses Day
The College of Applied Medical Sciences in Qurayyat, represented by the Nursing Department, celebrated International Nurses Day on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, by organizing an awareness event aimed at highlighting the vital role that nursing plays in promoting the quality of health care and serving the community, in addition to introducing the importance of the nursing profession and its noble humanitarian mission.
The event included a number of educational corners and awareness activities that focused on promoting health awareness, highlighting the efforts of nursing staff and their active contributions in various health sectors, in addition to emphasizing the importance of developing professional skills and raising the level of health services provided.
The college affirmed its commitment to supporting activities and programs that contribute to enhancing the status of nursing, in appreciation of the significant role that nurses play in maintaining the health and safety of community members, in line with the quality of life objectives and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
