College of Nursing Participates in Jouf University’s Saudi National Day Celebration

Jouf University’s College of Nursing participated in the University’s programs and activities marking Saudi National Day through a range of initiatives that combined the celebration of the national occasion with highlighting Saudi national identity and heritage and promoting awareness of the Kingdom’s history and culture. The College began its participation with a message from the Dean of the College of Nursing, Prof. Abdulkarim bin Fadghash Al-Sharari, on this occasion, in which he stated:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers.

Each year, the anniversary of our glorious National Day returns to remind our minds and hearts of a pivotal historic event engraved in the memory of the nation and in the consciousness of every Saudi citizen. It is an enduring occasion on which we recall the story of building this cherished nation and the sacrifices of its people, and remember the struggle of the founding King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud—may Allah have mercy upon him—who laid the foundations of unity and established the early foundations of modern education and development.

This year, we celebrate this cherished anniversary under the theme “Our Pride Is in Our Nature,” a theme that embodies the authentic values and deeply rooted qualities that have distinguished the people of this nation throughout history: deep-rooted authenticity, steadfast courage, high ambition, boundless generosity and giving, and an ambitious and enlightened vision. These qualities and values are manifested at their finest in healthcare and humanitarian service, where the members of the College of Nursing provide a living example of serving the community and safeguarding the well-being of the people of this generous nation.

As we celebrate today from the heart of our distinguished University—Jouf University—which continues its journey of growth and excellence to compete at both the national and global levels, we reaffirm our commitment to continuing to prepare and qualify specialized national nursing professionals according to the highest standards, contributing to the realization of the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s bright future.

On this cherished national occasion, it is my pleasure and honor, on my own behalf and on behalf of all members of the College of Nursing at Jouf University—including faculty members, administrative teams, and male and female students—to extend my highest congratulations and best wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—may Allah protect them both—as well as to the noble Saudi people and all residents who share with us the soil of this blessed nation. We pray to Almighty Allah to protect our homeland and perpetuate the blessings of security, safety, and prosperity upon us.

May you remain ever proud and steadfast, O homeland of glory...
Our Pride Is in Our Nature.
