College of Medicine Organizes Stress Management Workshop
The College of Medicine at Jouf University, represented by the Academic and Student Guidance Unit, organized a training workshop titled “Stress Management” to raise awareness about coping strategies and enhance psychological well-being among students.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Ahmed M. Alhuwaydi, Consultant Psychiatrist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the College of Medicine, Jouf University. The session addressed several topics related to stress management, positive coping methods, and the importance of maintaining mental health within the university environment.
The workshop was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 5–6, 2026, in the Training Room on the Ground Floor and targeted male and female students.
The workshop witnessed active attendance and engagement from participants, reflecting the importance of promoting mental health awareness and supporting students’ quality of life.
This workshop comes as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to provide awareness and developmental programs that support students academically and psychologically.
