The College of Applied Medical Sciences in Al-Qurayyat, represented by the Department of Physical Therapy and Health Rehabilitation, organized an awareness event entitled “Down Syndrome – Together Against Loneliness,” on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Al-Qurayyat Mall, within the framework of promoting social responsibility and spreading health awareness.
The event aimed to raise awareness about Down syndrome, promote the inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in society, and emphasize the importance of psychological and social support for them and their families. It also highlighted the role of rehabilitation and physical therapy in improving their quality of life.
