The College of Business has launched “Murshid AI,” a smart digital service developed as part of its academic advising system. The service provides students with immediate answers to their academic inquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in accordance with approved academic regulations and policies.
Murshid AI supports students across several academic procedures, including course addition and withdrawal, credit-hour increases, track activation, academic difficulty support, referral to the appropriate department, access to relevant forms and procedures, clarification of requirements and regulations, and requests for academic advising sessions.
The launch reflects the College’s commitment to employing artificial intelligence, enhancing the student experience, and facilitating access to accurate academic information before students submit their requests.
