In alignment with its social responsibility and commitment to health education under the theme "Towards Better Health Awareness and Care," the College of Applied Medical Sciences (CAMS) at Jouf University, represented by the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, organized an educational workshop entitled "Understand Your Lab Tests Yourself," presented by Dr. Dalia Mahmoud El-Sherbiny.

The workshop aimed to equip attendees with essential skills to interpret standard laboratory reports and comprehend vital health metrics. It also emphasized the vital role of regular screenings in early detection and disease prevention, supporting healthy lifestyles and promoting preventative health culture among university members and the wider community.
