Starting from Jouf University’s mission to serve the community and strengthen its developmental role in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and with the continuous support of His Excellency the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al‑Shaya, the College of Applied Medical Sciences—under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Dean, Dr. Abdullah bin Falih Al‑Sarkhani—seeks to become a center of expertise in designing and implementing health and scientific community service programs and initiatives. These efforts aim to effectively enhance quality of life and achieve sustainable development in the Al‑Jouf region. During the past period, the college has achieved a broad community impact that has positively reflected on individual health, community awareness, and the quality of provided services.

- 41 community service initiatives and activities covered areas of prevention, awareness, and support for field health services.
- Over 1,200 beneficiaries on campus from awareness events, preliminary screenings, and health counseling services.
- Over 10,000 beneficiaries outside the university through caravans, health campaigns, and community seminars.
- 18 global health days activated with interactive programs, short workshops, and awareness booths.
- 329 volunteer opportunities enabled students to learn through service and apply their skills in real environments.

Pioneering initiatives in achieving community impact
- The "Qader" Initiative—Together to Challenge Disability—provided a comprehensive framework for education and empowerment, bringing together people with disabilities, their families, professionals, and students in training and awareness programs that promote independence and integration, creating a supportive environment for their rights and active participation in society. The initiative made great efforts to build bridges between the university and the community through lectures, hands-on workshops, awareness booths, and field consulting services that facilitate access to knowledge and early rehabilitation and correct stereotypes with practical, scientific approaches tailored to the beneficiaries' needs. It focused on introducing modern rehabilitation technologies and exchanging expertise with health and educational partners to reinforce a culture of empowerment and improve quality of life by supporting families and specialists and activating their role in sustainable care.
