The College of Applied Medical Sciences conducts the first day of its student orientation and guidance program
As part of Jouf University’s preparations to welcome male and female students for the start of the 1448 AH academic year, and in support of its goals to provide a motivating and supportive learning environment, the College of Applied Medical Sciences conducted the first day of its Student Orientation, Introduction, and Guidance Program on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.
The program, held from 25 to 27 August 2026, aligns with the University’s “Your University, Your Destination” initiative. It introduces students to the College, its services, and academic programs, while enhancing their readiness for university life and helping them build a successful educational experience.
Welcoming students and introducing the College and its services
The first day included welcoming students and introducing them to the College, its departments, and the academic programs and services it offers, as well as familiarizing them with key University facilities and services that support and facilitate their academic and university journey.
An introductory tour of the laboratories and labs
The program also included a visit to the laboratories, allowing students to explore the College’s learning and practical environment and become familiar with the facilities and equipment that support the hands-on components of their disciplines.
A confident start to university life
An introductory tour of the University’s facilities was also conducted, helping students integrate into the university environment and gain a clear understanding of the services available to them from the beginning of their academic journey.
The program reflects the College of Applied Medical Sciences’ commitment to preparing new students, enhancing their awareness of the academic and university environment, and empowering them to begin their educational journey with confidence and readiness for a successful academic start.
