The Applied College at Jouf University, represented by the Guidance and Employment Unit, organized a lecture titled “Methods of Discovering Student Talents and Developing Them” on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, targeting male students.

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Bashir Al-Sayed Ajlan, who discussed the concept of talent, ways to identify it at the university level, and the importance of nurturing and developing students’ abilities.

The session also highlighted educational and guidance approaches for talent development and the role of educational institutions in supporting gifted students and encouraging creativity and innovation.
