The Applied College at Jouf University (Female Section), represented by the Guidance and Employment Unit, organized a lecture titled "Mental Health and Its Relation to Academic Achievement" on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Building (W), Hall 277.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Najlaa Mohamed Ali Ibrahim, who discussed the concept of mental well-being, the impact of psychological stress on academic performance, and the importance of maintaining emotional balance to support academic success.
