The announcement of the award application and the declaration of winners shall take place at the end of each calendar year and academic year. An award ceremony shall be held under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency the President of the University, during which winners will be honored with certificates of appreciation and monetary awards.

Award Timeline

• 30/12/2025: Award launch
• 30/12/2025 – 10/01/2026: Application submission period
• 11/01/2026: Commencement of the evaluation process
• 18/01/2026 (Proposed): Announcement of results and award ceremony at the beginning of the second academic semester
