On September 23, we renew our joy in commemorating the unification of this blessed nation by King Abdulaziz Al Saud – may Allah have mercy on him. This year, we celebrate under the theme “Our Pride Is in Our Nature,” a theme that reflects our enduring values of courage, authenticity, determination, and generosity.
This pride was not achieved by chance; rather, it is the fruit of determination that transformed a once-arid land into a nation that today stands at the forefront of healthcare and scientific development indicators. As professionals working in the field of health education, we witness this transformation firsthand—from the localization of pharmaceutical industries to the expansion of specialized academic programs and the advancement of clinical research that contributes to national pharmaceutical security.
Today, the pharmacist is an academic and healthcare partner who contributes through knowledge, research, and health education to serving the Saudi people, just as our ancestors contributed through their courage and determination to the unification of this nation. On this glorious day, we renew our commitment to embodying what it means to be Saudi by nature: determination in our work, integrity in our profession, and loyalty to this precious land.
