It includes the principal investigator’s details, contract status, publication information, project completion checklist, and supporting documents, in accordance with the regulations of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

This form enables the principal investigator to request an official change to the title or plan of a funded research project by providing clear academic justifications and an updated project title and abstract. All requests are subject to review and approval in accordance with the approved research regulations.
