The Academic Affairs Vice Presidency conducted the Orientation Program for new male and female students for the second semester of the academic year 1447 AH, held on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 20–21, 2026, as part of the university’s commitment to preparing new students for university life and enhancing their academic and administrative readiness from the beginning of the semester.
The program included introductory sessions and guidance-focused topics that highlighted the key regulations and policies of Jouf University, in addition to explaining the procedures and services students may need throughout their university journey. This contributes to raising awareness of students’ rights and responsibilities and promoting adherence to student conduct and discipline within the university environment.
The program also introduced the services provided by relevant departments, most notably the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Permanent Committee for Student Conduct and Discipline, alongside supporting units that provide advisory, technical, and health services—ensuring a more organized and stable university experience for new students.
The implementation of the Orientation Program reflects Jouf University’s dedication to supporting its new students and providing the essential information needed to understand university regulations and benefit from available services, thereby enhancing the quality of their educational experience and contributing to their academic success.
