Launching Training Courses Under the "Tamkeen" Initiative to Enhance Students' Readiness for the Job Market
The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs at Jouf University, represented by the Alumni Affairs Department and in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), organized a series of workshops and training courses as part of the “Tamkeen” initiative, which aims to equip the university’s male and female students with the necessary skills and knowledge to enter the labor market efficiently and professionally.
This initiative comes within the programs of the Vice Presidency designed to empower students with professional and personal skills that help them shape their future career paths. The workshops cover various topics, including building professional relationships, professional identity and self-marketing, resume writing, passing job interviews, entrepreneurship, personal and professional branding, and exploring labor market trends in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The courses also offer participants the opportunity to obtain attendance certificates accredited by the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), enhancing the value of their participation and future professional qualifications. These workshops are held remotely to facilitate access for a larger number of students from various university colleges.
The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs affirms that these programs are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance graduates’ readiness for the labor market, support national development initiatives, and strengthen the integration between education and employment in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to build an ambitious, qualified generation contributing to the nation’s progress.
