1. Official Attribution: Submissions must be officially attributed to the participating entity.
2. Eligibility Period: Submissions are limited to achievements accomplished during the year 2025 only.
3. Application Format: Compliance with the approved official submission template is mandatory.
4. Supporting Evidence: Official supporting documents and evidence must be attached to the submission.
5. Accuracy and Credibility: Participants must ensure the utmost accuracy and credibility of all provided information.
6. Previous Wins: Achievements that have previously won any award are ineligible for submission.
7. Clarifications: Participants must provide any clarifications requested by the Jury/Judging Committee.
8. Incomplete Submissions: Any incomplete application or submission will be automatically disqualified.
9. Approval of Results: Results are finalized and approved via the Award Committee's official minutes.
10. Timeline Adherence: Strict commitment to the award’s announced timeline is required.
11. Deadlines: No applications or files will be accepted after the specified deadline.
12. Committee Rights: The Committee reserves the right to withhold, merge categories, or redistribute rankings.
13. Finality of Decisions: All decisions made by the Committee are final and binding.
14. Compliance: Full adherence to all approved rules, regulations, and bylaws is mandatory.
15. Verified Data: All statistical data and results must be issued by official and accredited bodies.
16. Evaluation Criteria: Evaluation prioritizes performance sustainability and quality over temporary or individual results.
