The Faculty of Arts strives to achieve the highest levels of excellence and development within the framework of its vision and mission, by providing a suitable learning environment for its students and staff.

In pursuing this goal, it records its achievements periodically each year, demonstrating the extent of its progress through the differences between each year and the previous one.

Therefore, the Faculty's reports monitor the growth and development in the performance of all its constituent sectors.

The unit held several guidance seminars and lectures.

Assisting students with registration, course withdrawal, and adding/dropping.

Identifying high-achieving, struggling, gifted, and creative students.

Academic Affairs Unit 1446

Implementing the college and branch schedules across the three departments and the Arts Department in Qurayyat.

Entering class schedules into the academic system.

Adjusting the connection between lecture halls, video broadcasts, and networks.

Linking faculty members to sections and courses.

Reviewing cases of reinstatement for academically dismissed and suspended students.

Registering courses for male and female students in all branches.

Monitoring the regularity of lectures.

Providing college units with class schedules, hall schedules, student lists, and exam schedules.

Implementing the English language course schedules for the College of Applied Sciences and the first-year common program, as well as the Arabic language unit schedules for non-native speakers.

E-Learning Unit

Periodic meetings with unit members to review the annual plan for the E-Learning Unit.

Publishing announcements for students and faculty members regarding the availability of technical support at the unit's headquarters.

Publishing announcements to faculty members regarding the necessity of activating the Blackboard system components in all their assigned course sections.

Updating the e-learning course packages for the Arabic Language Department's General Preparation courses (Arabic Language Skills - ARB 1102) and Written Composition - ARB 102.

Updating the e-learning course packages for the English Language Department's General Preparation courses (English Language (2) - ENGL 1103), (English Language - ENGL 104), and (General English - ENGL 1101).

Reviewing the unit's operational mechanism for monitoring the progress of online course lectures via Blackboard during the first weeks of the academic year.

Submitting a report on the lectures delivered via Blackboard for the online courses and the extent to which instructors adhered to the attached schedule.

Reviewing the activities offered by the unit throughout the academic year.

Submitting a periodic report on faculty members' completion of Blackboard requirements at the beginning of each semester.

The e-learning unit held meetings via Blackboard with faculty members and students.

Identifying and addressing the technical difficulties students encountered during online exams.

Monitoring faculty members in distributing coursework grades for online courses in accordance with the course plans.
