The College of Sharia and Law at Jouf University stands at the forefront of Sharia colleges in the northern region of the Kingdom. It was established by the gracious directive No. 4465/MB on 28/5/1431 AH to lead in education, research, and community service in the fields of Sharia and law.
The college comprises three academic departments: Sharia, Law, and Islamic Studies. These departments offer a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs. Hundreds of students, both from within the Kingdom and abroad, pursue their education under the guidance and supervision of a distinguished group of esteemed professors and accomplished academics.
The college continues to fulfill its entrusted role according to a strategic plan, a clear vision, a defined mission, and noble objectives. These align with Jouf University’s strategic plan, vision, mission, and goals, adhering to the standards and regulations of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. The college also aligns itself with the requirements of the National Transformation Program 2020 and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
The college strives tirelessly to provide an attractive educational environment by applying the highest quality standards, optimizing the use of technology, and fostering effective community partnerships. This is aimed at achieving leadership at the local, regional, and international levels in the fields of Sharia and legal sciences, scientific research, and community service.
The college has produced hundreds of graduates who have made significant contributions across various sectors, including academia, judiciary, justice, security, preaching, education, research, legal professions, and legal consultancy. Their contributions reflect positively on advancing development within the Kingdom.
