Course Description
This lecture is based on the most important theories and applications of marketing principles ACDM112 and discusses the importance of the customer to the organization and how the added value provided by the organization adds to the customer and his experience in general to ensure the continuity of the customer with the organization. The course will introduce concepts related to customer experience and the importance of customer relationship management to students.
