Characteristics of Graduates of the Bachelor’s Program in Sharia:

1. Possess a comprehensive and coherent body of knowledge, with an understanding of theories and principles in the field of Islamic Sharia.
2. Demonstrate mastery of accurate and advanced knowledge in the Sharia specialization, including Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, legal maxims, as well as foundational Islamic sciences such as the Holy Qur’an and its sciences, Hadith sciences, and Aqidah, qualifying them to meet labor market requirements.
3. Understand research methodology in the field of Sharia and its investigative approaches.
4. Have the ability to apply knowledge, concepts, and jurisprudential and legal-theoretical principles to address contemporary issues and problems.
5. Exercise critical evaluation in accordance with the rulings and principles of Islamic Sharia, supported by developed jurisprudential aptitude that enables sound deduction, reasoning, and the provision of innovative solutions to contemporary jurisprudential issues.
6. Practice methods of inquiry and research in jurisprudential and legal-theoretical matters, as well as contemporary problems and emerging cases.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in reciting the Holy Qur’an with proper Tajwid rules.
8. Have the ability to lead Muslims in prayer proficiently, observing quality recitation and proper performance of bowing, prostration, and all related utterances and actions.
9. Communicate effectively in various ways with individuals and groups to exchange jurisprudential and legal-theoretical knowledge, and acquire the skills necessary to perform duties to the highest standard.
10. Use digital technology and information and communication technologies to serve the Sharia field and support and enhance specialized research in Islamic jurisprudence and its principles.
11. Uphold integrity and professional and academic ethics acquired through Sharia studies, commit to responsible citizenship, take pride in Islamic identity and affiliation, and recognize the distinctiveness of their Islamic country.
