strengthen the connection between the college and its graduates, ensure effective and continuous follow-up, and provide them with the necessary services to enhance their efficiency, skills, and competitiveness in the labor market.
Unit Objectives:
1- Establish a dedicated database for the College of Education graduates and those expected to graduate.
2-Strengthen communication with graduates after their graduation and track their employment in the labor market through various communication channels.
3-Develop survey tools to identify the key training needs of current and prospective graduates of the College of Education, enabling them to enter the labor market and enhance their competitiveness.
4-Develop survey tools to identify the main obstacles graduates may face upon entering the labor market.
5-Organize training courses, awareness sessions, and cultural seminars for graduates and prospective graduates, inviting community members to participate.
6-Develop and approve a program to prepare and qualify current and prospective graduates of the College of Education.
7-Prepare and coordinate partnerships and agreements with civil society organizations and various employers to organize the College of Education’s annual employment forum, supporting the employment and integration of graduates into the labor market.
