تجميع الهالوجينات المستبدلة بالفينيل في الموضع C3 من الإيزاتينات المستبدلة بواسطة التصنيع بمساعدة الموجة الأحادية: تطوير فئة جديدة من مثبطات أكسيداز أحادي الأمين-B لعلاج مرض باركنسون

يعتبر اكتشاف مثبطات انتقائية وعكسية وتنافسية لأنزيم مونوأمين أوكسيداز-ب (MAO-B) العلاج البارز لمرض باركنسون. تعد إضافة وحدتين كارهتين للماء مفصولتين بواسطة فاصل غني بالإلكترونات استراتيجية تصميم دوائي جديدة لتطوير مثبطات انتقائية لـ MAO-B. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تصنيع سلسلة من قواعد شيف المشتقة من الإيزاتين من خلال دمج وحدات الهالوجينات المستبدلة بالفينيل. ستخضع جميع المركبات المصنعة للتحقيق في ملفات تثبيط الإنزيم لـ MAO-A و MAO-B. سيتم تقييم الجزيئات الرائدة بشكل أكبر لدراسات الحركية والانعكاسية الخاصة بها.
