الكينولينات الجديدة و/أو الهياكل غير المتجانسة كنهج جديد لعلاج السرطان

يُعتبر الإصابة بفيروس COVID-19 الآن أحد الأسباب الرئيسية لوفيات البشر. وفي محاولة لاكتشاف أدوية جديدة لمواجهة جائحة COVID-19، تم تصميم وتخليق تسعة عشر مركبًا جديدًا يحتوي على سلاسل جانبية من 1,2,3-تريازول مرتبطة بهيكل فينيل بيرازولون وأجزاء نهائية أريل محبة للدهون ذات وظائف استبدالية بارزة، وذلك عبر تفاعل "Click Reaction" استنادًا إلى أعمالنا السابقة.

تصميم مضادات حيوية قوية: التصميم العقلاني والاستهداف البيولوجي وتخليق نظائر الفينيلثيازول مع تطبيق تقنية النانو لمكافحة مسببات الأمراض المقاومة للأدوية المتعددة.
2024 - 2025
اكتشاف مركبات حلقية غير متجانسة قوية مضادة للسرطان والميكروبات تستهدف غشاء الخلية والإنزيمات الخلوية.
