Course Description
General description of the course
The Water Sports Applications course is one of the most important courses in the Sports Sciences program. It is a continuation of the Water Sports Basics course. The course aims to introduce the student to the types of water sports (different types of swimming, water polo), the benefits of practicing them, some of the laws and physiological effects resulting from practicing them, and the factors of safety and security in water bodies, as well as the ability to perform some of the skills in an acceptable manner.
