Second: Unit tasks:
1. Identify available healthcare facilities for training, ensure their readiness to train students, and monitor the training process.
2. Create a training file for each student expected to graduate at the end of the semester.
3. Determine the preferences of students expected to graduate at the end of the semester for the internship period, as well as the training calendar for
each semester.
4. Compile and review each student's evaluation files.
5. Issue a certificate of completion of the internship period and deliver documents to each student who has met the graduation requirements
(graduate).
6. Create a database of college graduates and a database of beneficiaries (employers).
7. Follow up on graduates, increase engagement and communication with them, and involve them in the development of academic programs and
curricula.
8. Emphasize the principle of community participation between healthcare facilities and communities interested in education.
9. Coordinate between departments regarding student preparation for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties exam and issue the Commission's
exam certificate.
10. Carry out any tasks assigned by the Dean of the College.

1- Preparing databases for equipment and chemicals in the college's various departments, and printing catalogs to facilitate the search process and
determine responsibility.
2- Monitoring chemicals and equipment at the college to reduce waste, control spending, and monitor consumable shortages.
3- Studying price quotations for securing supplies from companies to supply the laboratories of the Clinical Laboratory Sciences and Physical Therapy
Departments for both male and female students at the college, and following up on their supply by companies.
4- Conducting an inventory of equipment requiring periodic or corrective maintenance in coordination with relevant university authorities.
5. Follow up on the appointment of supervisors and technicians for all laboratories and assign tasks and responsibilities to them in coordination with
the health departments.
6. Determine the responsibilities and duties of college employees regarding the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements.
7. Follow up on the provision of safety and fire prevention measures in college laboratories and facilities, in collaboration with relevant parties inside
and outside the college.
8. Follow up on the preparation of regulations and systems for work within the college laboratories.

3- Continuously assessing the status of e-learning at the college, participating in setting standards for evaluating the quality of e-courses at the college, and monitoring their implementation.
4- Carrying out coordination and follow-up tasks for training new faculty members and students at the college on e-learning applications and
overcoming any obstacles they face, in coordination with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education.
