This course aims to provide the student with the knowledge, skills and experiences necessary to employ and integrate communication and educational technologies in the teaching and learning processes. Identify the concept of educational technology, its fields and its importance in the educational process. As well as identify the concept of educational media and identify the different classifications of media and determine the foundations and criteria necessary for choosing the educational media. Also, identify the concept of communication, its elements, types and obstacles to the communication process and identify the foundations of educational design for multimedia and educational software. Finally, identify the concept of educational design and its models. Employ the use of technology in educational situations and design students one of the educational lessons using modern technologies.
