This course deals with the study of the project environment and the foundations of its selection using quantitative and qualitative methods, and what are the characteristics and functions of the project manager, and how to manage the project starting from planning, then organizing and scheduling it (network programming methods: critical path and PERT), project budget, conflict in the project, project control, risk management in the project, and methods of terminating it.
