Course Description
This course covers the science of economics and the methodology of the ideas and basic terms that explain the nature of economic activity and its various fields at the microeconomic analysis level. The course generally covers the principles of microeconomics, specifically the following topics: the nature of the economic problem and its elements, and methods of addressing it; the basic analytical tools in economics; consumer behavior theory; producer behavior theory; the theory of distribution and the determination of the prices of factors of production.
