This course covers the principles and managerial skills in profit-oriented business organizations. It also enables students to recognize the administrative functions that lead to the success of companies and institutions, with a focus on practicing management within the local environment. The course reviews schools of management thought, the nature and characteristics of the management process, concepts and principles of organization, authority and organizational relationships, as well as direction and leadership, communication, and concepts and principles of control, along with an introduction to the decision-making process.
