Overview

The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences is one of the College of Applied Medical Sciences departments and offers a program in clinical laboratory science. Students in this department engage in applied clinical theory over four academic years, organized into eight semesters. This is followed by a one-year internship for practical training. Upon successful completion of the program, students are awarded a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences, qualifying them to work as laboratory specialists.
