The aim is to facilitate the learning process through which the students will acquire a thorough knowledge about patterns of common orthopedic diseases, Physical disabilities, Mechanical disorders of Spine, Pelvic & long bones fractures & their treatment, urgent orthopedic problems and emergency and critical conditions. Students will acquire knowledge about different orthopedic terms, history taking, clinical examination, investigation and management including rehabilitation. They should also know about joint infections, tumors, congenital diseases, degenerative diseases, metabolic bone diseases and musculoskeletal dystrophies.
