General description of the course After the start of the motor exercise, one of the mandatory decisions for female students of the Bachelor of Sports Sciences was initiated. It aims to decide until the student is introduced to the concept of motor expression, its objectives, and skills to participate in justice from stability, from movement, and performing a free motor exercise according to the skills learned.
