Course Description
Course Outline:
The course aims to enable students to become familiar with the concepts, methods of analysis and theories
that govern leadership in business projects. Where the course includes the definition of the scope and
patterns of leadership. The study of leadership behavior and its importance in building the personality of
enterprises and society. Knowing the relationship between leadership and innovation and also includes a
detailed discussion of each of the personal characteristics of innovators, factors of success of innovation
and the development of administrative processes, and knowledge of criteria for building and developing
innovative behavior.
Course Outcomes:
By the end of this course, student should be able to:
