he President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, representing Jouf University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the President of Najran University, Prof. Abdul Rahman bin Ibrahim Al-Khudairi, representing Najran University, on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, corresponding to Dhu al-Hijjah 27, 1445 AH.
This memorandum stems from the principle of activating research cooperation and knowledge transfer between Jouf University and Najran University in research fields. Both universities aim to elevate the level of scientific research and meet the development requirements of the Kingdom.
The cooperation memorandum between the two parties aims to enhance collaboration in research areas, support joint cooperation between researchers and research teams in various scientific fields, and facilitate academic, scientific, research, and training exchange visits. It also focuses on sharing advisory expertise in scientific, research, and technical areas, participating in conferences, exhibitions, events, workshops, and peer-reviewing scientific projects.
Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya emphasized that such memorandums are designed to integrate visions and achieve the university’s objectives by establishing scientific partnerships with higher education institutions. These partnerships aim to provide diverse and distinguished services to serve the university.
