Under the supervision of His Excellency the President of Jouf University, Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya, the University's Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Alaa Saleh Al-Arjan, welcomed the Director General of Technical and Vocational Training in the Jouf region, Eng. Majid Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, to discuss avenues of cooperation that serve strategic goals and enhance integration between both parties.
