This course covers the essential Fundamentals of Phlebotomy for CLS students. It should enable them to understand the aspects of safety procedures, hygiene, capillary puncture venipuncture, arterial access, and non-blood collections of body fluids. Additionally, this course encompasses physiology and anatomy regarding venipuncture techniques, and ethical considerations to ensure that students well-prepared for a successful career.
