Projects

Production and Characterization of Various Novel Glassy Materials as Alternative Radiation Shielding Material
2024 - 2025

In this context, the main goal of the proposed project is to produce various metal oxides-based glass and glass ceramic materials using different fabrication techniques. The proposed work will investigate their physical, thermal, mechanical, optical and structural properties by utilizing several techniques like Fourier Transformation Infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectrometry, Differential Thermal analysis (DTA) scanning, and Ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV).
