This course includes the following: - The disagreement of scholars regarding the limitation of the verses of rulings to a specific number. - The ways in which the Qur’an indicates rulings. - The impact of readings on the disagreement among scholars. - Studying no less than (40) verses of rulings from Surat Al-Baqarah and Surat An-Nisa, a comprehensive analytical study through: - Interpretation of the strange. - Understanding the general meaning of the verse. - Knowing the reason for the revelation of the verse if it is known, - Familiarity with the famous readings mentioned in the verse (if any) and deducing their effect on the same meaning indicated by the verse, and explaining the effect of that on the disagreement of jurists. - Deriving rulings from the verse and how it indicates it. - Reconciling the verse with other verses that appear to contradict its apparent meaning if any. - Mentioning some other benefits and points derived from the verse.
