Exploration of novel Indole Compounds with Potential Activity Against Breast Cancer: Synthesis, Characterization and anti-cancer activity evaluation
2024 - 2025

This project mainly focus on the development of new anti-cancer agents, which could be selective to breast cancer cells and safe to normal cell lines. Finding new leads containing indole ring could be effective for breast cancer treatment with an advantages overcome the diverse side effects of the present drugs, which will be beneficial for humanity. As a result, indole compounds are present in many anticancer drugs, which approved by FDA and used. Many new hits containing indole ring are screened and showing interesting activity.

“Preparation and utility of indole derivatives as environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors for some metals and alloys in aqueous solution”
2024 - 2025

aim of the work to prepare derivatives of organic compounds such as Indole derivatives by simple procedure. Then investigate the mechanisms by which organic molecules can inhibit the corrosive effects of particular metals and alloys in aqueous solutions. To collect the corrosion parameters for the treated metals, electrochemical techniques (potentiodynamic polarization, cyclic voltammetry, and impedance spectroscopy) will be employe. Because of its distinct chemical makeup, organic waste is predicted to function as a corrosion inhibitor for metals and alloys.

Synthesis of New Indole Containing Compounds and Evaluation Their Activity )against Breast Cancer
2020 - 2021

The project aims to prepare some indole derivatives and prove their chemical composition because of their multiple biological importance in many medical uses such as anti-cancer, for example.
