The course content includes the basic concepts of educational planning, its origins, types of educational planning, its principles, theories, stages and problems of educational planning, approaches to educational planning, the nature of strategic planning, its processes and requirements in the field of education, the reality of educational planning and methods of developing it in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, global experiences in educational planning, local and global applied scientific comparisons between advanced experiences in planning in general and strategic planning, and studying and reviewing various recent reports on educational planning in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
