It also covers contemporary concepts in communication, types of communication within the university environment, and their etiquettes. The course emphasizes basic skills for self-communication and interaction with others, including professional skills such as dialogue, presentation, public speaking, negotiation, personal interviews, résumé writing, and teamwork. These objectives are achieved through the application of effective teaching methods that engage the student's motivation and active participation, incorporating e-learning, direct instruction, and self-directed learning.
