Under the supervision of His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Faleh Al-Sarhani, Dean of the College, and coinciding with the World Thalassemia Day, the College of Applied Medical Sciences, represented by the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, held a lecture entitled: Thalassemia, complications of the disease, and how to reduce its spread. It was presented by Dr. Abu Dhar Al-Dardiri, who discussed the types of blood diseases with a focus on Thalassemia and spoke about the complications of this disease and ways to reduce its spread
