First: Council Formation: The College Council consists of:
1. Dean of the College Chairman
2. Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Member and Secretary
3. Vice Dean of the College Member
4. Vice Dean for Female Students Member
5. Head of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences Member
6. Head of the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Member
Second: Council Tasks:
The College Council is responsible for considering matters related to the college, and in particular:
1- Proposing the appointment of faculty members, teaching assistants, and lecturers, and their secondment and promotions.
2. Proposing or amending study plans, in coordination with departments.
3. Proposing curricula, prescribed textbooks, and references for the college's departments.
4. Encouraging the preparation of scientific research, coordinating it among the college's departments, and working toward its publication.
5- Proposing examination dates and setting the regulations for conducting them.
6. Proposing the college's internal bylaws.
7. Proposing training and scholarship plans necessary for the college.
8. Proposing the college's extracurricular activity plan.
9. Deciding on student matters that fall within its jurisdiction and directing the University Council regarding other matters.
10. Reviewing and expressing opinions on matters referred to it by the University Council, its President, or its Vice President.
Advisory Board of the College of Applied Medical Sciences
First: Council Formation:
The Advisory Board of the College of Applied Medical Sciences consists of:
1. Dean of the College Member
2. Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Qurayyat Member
3. Vice Dean of the College Member and Secretary
4. Director of Health Affairs in Qurayyat Governorate Member
5. Director of Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz Hospital in Sakaka Member
6. Assistant Director General of the Ministry of Health Branch for Investment Promotion Member
Second: Council Tasks:
1. Propose all measures that serve and shape the future of the College.
2. Contribute to strengthening the College's relationship with the public and private sectors, and work to explore ways to deepen and strengthen
partnerships. 3. Providing advice on employing the institution's outputs in accordance with the concept of on-the-job training, overcoming obstacles to recruitment and employment, and improving performance.
4. Expressing an opinion on mechanisms for providing financial support for development activities and programs that benefit the college.
5. The Council selects a chairperson from among its members, and the Council submits the recommendation to His Excellency the University President
for approval.
6. Anything referred to the Council by the University President.

Second: Council Duties:
1. Promote a spirit of cooperation and a culture of teamwork among students.
2. Explore students' perspectives regarding the academic and extracurricular activities and services offered within the college.
3. Address student concerns, follow up on them, and work to resolve problems.
4. Cooperate to make the college an ideal place to receive knowledge and a fertile environment for inculcating high ideals and ethics, and fostering
mutual understanding and harmony among all its members.
5- Connecting students to the college and its activities.
6- Providing clarity to college students regarding certain procedures that they may not fully grasp.
