This course includes several topics. After studying them, the student will be able to clarify the concept and importance of work ethics, the ethics required at work and the employer, the reasons for the decline of work ethics, patterns, behaviors and work ethics, the sources of work ethics and means of establishing them, the impact of ethical values on the performance of the individual and the organization, in addition to the concept and images of discipline and job commitment, the concept of patterns and elements of social responsibility for business organizations, the concept, foundations, forms and manifestations of the causes of aggressive behavior and its impact on work ethics, the concept of administrative corruption, its tools and means and the strategy for dealing with it, organizational culture, the Internet and work ethics.
